Objective:
Soporte administrativo a KAM´s con alto foco en seguimiento a pedidos, desde la captura hasta la entrega interactuando entre áreas para lograr el máximo nivel de eficiencia en facturación, elaboración de reportes de información detallada comercial y análisis, monitoreando tendencia y comportamiento del mercado, históricos, dando visibilidad a la fuerza de ventas de comportamientos relevantes para la oportuna toma de decisiones y ajustes en estrategias comerciales.
Key Activities/ Deliverables:
· Apoyo a KAM´s en seguimiento y captura administrativas, como reservas de inversión, pedidos, 13 W.
· Elaboración de “dashboard” para la medición y seguimiento a sell in, inventarios, sell out.
· Conciliación de LE mensual en conjunto con KAM | KAE para la mejora en asertividad (forcast accurasy).
· Consolidación, estructura y análisis de data con información externa de oportunidad relevante para la toma de decisiones.
· Seguimiento a proyectos.
· Elaboración de reportes de semanales y mensuales para la revisión de Negocio ( Weekly– MPR).
· Seguimiento a notas de crédito por faltantes o rechazos.
· Descarga y consolidación de información detallada comercial interna, que permita identificar oportunidades por territorio e impulsar la toma de decisiones y oportunos ajustes en la estrategia.
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
· Carrera en Economía o administrativa.
· Experiencia en análisis de ventas Forecast.
· Experiencia en servicio a clientes.
· Habilidades de comunicación.
Skills (Knowledge/ Capabilities):
· Dominio de Microsoft Office
· Análisis de datos.
· Manejo de Excel (Bases de datos, tablas dinámicas, gráficos, etc)
· Comprensión y colaboración de reportes con equipos cross-functional como Trade, Finanzas, MKT.
