RINA is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Support Advisor to join its office in Finland within the Marine Design & Engineering Finance Division.​

Mission

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Support Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will support our finance and administrative operations while working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and an opportunity to contribute to an international project-driven environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Managing customer invoicing and billing processes
• Monitoring and following up on accounts receivable
• Processing supplier invoices and supporting the accounts payable process
• Supporting month-end and financial reporting activities
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial results and related financial data
• Providing a variety of finance and administrative support services
• Assisting with process improvements and development of finance-related practices
• Collaborating with project teams and various business functions

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Finance Management

Qualifications

• Previous experience in similar finance and administration roles
• Experience working in an international project-based organization is considered an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
• Swedish language skills are a strong asset
• Experience with financial systems and business tools
• Good IT and system skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Salesforce is highly valued. However, candidates with strong finance and administration experience and a willingness to learn new systems are also encouraged to apply.
