The Opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy's Controlling Capability Center and play a key role in connecting Finance, Business Controllers, and the SAP CO Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will support global finance teams by understanding business requirements, driving process improvements, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP Controlling solutions within the S/4HANA environment.
You will act as a functional partner to controllers and business stakeholders, helping translate business needs into system solutions while working closely with the SAP CO CoE. The role requires strong knowledge of management accounting processes, end-to-end value flows, and SAP Controlling capabilities across manufacturing, project, service, and software business models.

Coordinate with SAP CO consultants to evaluate, prioritize, and implement business demands.

MBA (Finance)
Experience
3 to 5 years of relevant experience inSAP CO Consultant having strong understanding inFinance, Controlling, Management Accountingand Manufacturing experience
End-to-end implementation experience in SAP CO having strong understanding of CO model along with other integrated models like SD, MM, PS, FI etc.
Experience in Manufacturing, Project Business, Industrial, Engineering, or Shared Services environment preferred.
Exposure to business partnering, process improvement or ERP transformation initiatives is an advantage.
