We are looking for a high-impact Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving profitable growth across our Nordic business. This role sits at the intersection of finance and commercial decision-making, with a strong mandate to challenge assumptions, validate performance, and ensure disciplined value creation. You will have strong exposure to senior leadership and play a critical role in shaping financial performance and business outcomes.

As Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted co-pilot to Brand Directors, Commercial Leadership, and the Nordic Finance Director, driving performance steering and key business decisions with a clear voice in trade-offs and prioritisation. You will take ownership of financial performance across your brand cluster, ensuring full transparency of drivers, risks, and opportunities, while combining analytical expertise with strong commercial acumen.
In this role, you will lead core financial processes while rigorously challenging assumptions, validating performance, and driving continuous improvement across the business. You will work closely with the Nordic General Manager and cross-functional leadership, ensuring financial insights are clearly understood, challenged where needed, and translated into value-creating actions.
