It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. We are building out a team to support unprecedented growth as we continue to expand our user and advertiser base, content library, and product features. We are seeking a skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is central to providing strategic support, financial planning, and insightful analysis to enable informed decision-making within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Support: Provide strategic support and expert advice to department heads and senior finance managers, helping drive key business initiatives.
2. Financial Planning: Lead the Financial Planning process for key functions, including the development of near-term and long-term budget plans. Monitor budget implementation to ensure timely commitments, and conduct rigorous variance analysis. Regularly update budgets and forecasts to guide decision-making.
3. Operational Optimization: Take charge of optimizing practices, policies, programs, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
4. Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with various business units, offering valuable financial insights and advice to support company-wide decision-making.
5. Market Analysis and Business Intelligence: Support industry analysis and conduct business intelligence research to provide actionable insights and stay ahead of market trends.
6. Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvement in finance and operational processes, ensuring increased efficiency.
