Team Introduction:
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department within the Finance organization. The Finance BP – Global E-Commerce Southeast Asia team serves as a strategic finance function embedded within the e-commerce business units, acting as a bridge between Finance and Operations. Beyond management reporting, Finance Business Partners work closely with business leaders to drive performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure financial discipline across the organization. We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner Lead to support the Vietnam and Philippines markets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, deep financial expertise, and a proven track record of partnering with business teams to drive performance and decision-making across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance business partnering function for the Vietnam and Philippines e-commerce markets, overseeing budget planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure achievement of financial targets.
- Prepare and deliver bi-weekly and monthly financial analysis reports, providing insights into performance trends, variances, and key drivers to support management decision-making.
- Provide strategic financial advisory on new business initiatives, including financial forecasting, process support, and post-project performance reviews to ensure projects meet expected financial outcomes.
- Oversee financial governance processes including project initiation, contract review, budget approval, and budget reallocation, while continuously improving process design and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between Finance and business teams, ensuring financial considerations are integrated into business decisions while maintaining compliance with financial policies.
- Develop and optimize financial processes, systems, and financial models to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and mitigate business risks.
- Lead and execute special projects and ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and evolving business needs.
