Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with both short-term business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
  • Be a strategic partner to the regional business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights, providing recommendations to improve business performance and optimize decision making
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario analysis and business case development, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive profitability analysis and cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and maximize return on investment across key business functions.
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance on strategic projects, such as capital investments, pricing strategies, and market entry initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure and improve financial and operational performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and supply chain, to improve overall financial performance and drive sustainable growth.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, financial excellence, and professional development.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially focused Finance Business Partnering Manager to support senior business leaders, drive financial performance, and deliver actionable insights that enable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions and drive performance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Provide financial insights, scenario modelling, and business case analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive profitability improvement and cost optimization across the market.
  • Lead commercial finance activities, focusing on customer and business profitability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to improve financial and operational performance.
  • Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, statutory reporting, and balance sheet integrity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

What We're Looking For :

  • Strong experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
  • Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant finance degree preferred.

Salary

  • 65,000 - 69,000€ annual gross salary
  • Level Quadro - CCNL Commercio. All CCNL provided benefits applicable to this level are included.
