40Under the direction of team leadership, the Data Analyst performs a variety of duties related to reviewing & interpreting data, and the production of appropriate reporting and visualization to support organizational strategic initiatives. This individual partners with key stakeholders across various departments within the organization to inform work and provide insights to inform decision making. Relationships with leaders, peers, and internal customer groups are critical for success. This position will have options for combination of onsite and remote work.
Department Specific Job Details:
Education
A Bachelor's degree in finance or business related field, data analytics, health statistics, population health required
A Master's degree in finance or business related field, data analytics, health statistics, population health preferred
Experience
3+ years' experience in finance/business related field or analytics required
2+ years in healthcare analytics preferred
Experience with healthcare revenue cycle and/or cost accounting preferred
Skills/Competencies
Experience with data visualization & storytelling in Power BI or Tableau required
Perform data manipulation with SQL, SAS, R, Python, or SPSS preferred
