As Finance Business Partner - Customer, you will provide effective financial planning, analysis and advice on all financial aspects for the Customer division ensuring sound financial management, with respect to financial control, general ledger and statutory reporting requirements.

This role will also lead, support and advise key senior Finance and Commercial stakeholders across the business including financial compliance policies& group management, and continuous improvement of the central finance function whilst driving the interaction with respective FBP leads across the segment.

You’ll have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Business or other relevant discipline
• Extensive financial knowledge and experience (typically gained through CPA/CA/equivalent)
• Resource management experience in a project context
• Ability to positively influence stakeholders to overcome roadblocks to deliver successful outcomes.
• Superior communication and influencing skills
• Intellectual capability to quickly understand, apply, and embed new concepts in a complex business environment
• Strong sense of urgency, focus on outcomes and drive for success
• Ability to work in cross functional teams and to lead to successful business outcomes
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting objective sin order to deliver key milestones
• Demonstrated analytical, financial and/or problem solving skills.
• Emotional intelligence and maturity.
• Own and develop relationships in the business
• Influence senior leadership decisions
• Develop networks outside the Finance Community and outside own Business Unit
