Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the Iberia Finance team.

The role acts as the financial partner for the Commercial and Marketing organisations, providing financial insight, challenging business decisions and supporting profitable growth through planning, analysis and performance management.

The successful candidate will work closely with local leadership, Sales, Marketing and Head Office to drive business performance while ensuring robust financial governance.

What you'll be doing

Business Partnering

• Act as the trusted finance partner for Commercial and Marketing teams.
• Support strategic and operational decision-making through financial analysis.
• Challenge assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Influence business decisions to maximise profitability.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

• Lead Budget, Forecast and Flash planning activities with budget owners.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and communicate business drivers.
• Monitor financial performance against targets.
• Develop recommendations to improve commercial results.

Commercial Finance

• Evaluate ROI of commercial initiatives and marketing investments.
• Provide financial support for commercial negotiations and business cases.

Marketing & Trade Investment

• Partner with Marketing to monitor Trade Marketing and MDF investments.
• Analyse promotional effectiveness and spending.
• Ensure investment decisions are aligned with financial objectives.

Financial Reporting & Insights

• Prepare monthly management reporting.
• Produce dashboards and KPIs for senior management.
• Deliver meaningful insights rather than only financial reporting.
• Ensure high quality and integrity of financial information.

Systems & Data

• Advanced SAP User.
• Support Anaplan (ERP) planning processes.
• Ensure master data accuracy.
• Drive continuous process improvements and automation opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain.
• Collaborate with European and Global Finance teams.
• Interface with Head Office on pricing and commercial finance topics.
• Support internal and external audit activities.

Candidate Profile

Experience

• Several years of experience in:
• Finance Business Partnering
• FP&A
• Commercial Finance
• Sales Finance
• Business Controlling
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Experience in SAP (Hannah) and Anaplan

Technical Proficiency/Skills:

• Financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Financial modelling, scenario analysis and profitability assessment
• Customer and business unit P&L analysis
• Variance analysis, with the ability to identify key financial drivers and risks
• Commercial finance and business partnering across finance and non-finance teams
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables and financial models
• Experience using Power BI, preferred, and Domo to create reports, dashboards and data visualisations
• Proficiency with SIE-approved AI tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Cloud, to support research, analysis, reporting and process improvement
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly, including validating outputs, protecting confidential data and following SIE information security requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA or Master's Degree is a plus.

Buscamos un/a Finance Business Partner con experiencia para incorporarse al equipo de Finanzas de Iberia.

La posición actuará como socio financiero de las organizaciones de Comercial y Marketing, aportando análisis y visión financiera, cuestionando las decisiones de negocio cuando sea necesario y apoyando un crecimiento rentable mediante la planificación, el análisis y la gestión del rendimiento.

La persona seleccionada trabajará estrechamente con el equipo directivo local, Ventas, Marketing y Head Office con el objetivo de impulsar el rendimiento del negocio, garantizando al mismo tiempo una sólida gobernanza financiera.

Responsabilidades principales

Business Partnering

• Actuar como socio financiero de confianza para los equipos de Comercial y Marketing.
• Apoyar la toma de decisiones estratégicas y operativas mediante análisis financieros.
• Cuestionar hipótesis y supuestos, identificando riesgos y oportunidades.
• Influir en las decisiones de negocio con el objetivo de maximizar la rentabilidad.

Planificación financiera y gestión del rendimiento

• Liderar las actividades de planificación de Budget, Forecast y Flash conjuntamente con los responsables de presupuesto.
• Realizar análisis detallados de desviaciones y comunicar los principales factores que explican la evolución del negocio.
• Supervisar el rendimiento financiero respecto a los objetivos establecidos.
• Desarrollar recomendaciones dirigidas a mejorar los resultados comerciales.

Finanzas Comerciales

• Evaluar el ROI de las iniciativas comerciales y de las inversiones de Marketing.

Marketing e inversión comercial

• Colaborar con Marketing en el seguimiento de las inversiones de Marketing y MDF.
• Analizar la efectividad de las promociones y el gasto asociado.
• Garantizar que las decisiones de inversión estén alineadas con los objetivos financieros.

Reporting financiero e insights

• Preparar el reporting mensual de gestión.
• Elaborar dashboards y KPIs para la alta dirección.
• Proporcionar insights relevantes para el negocio, y no limitarse únicamente al reporting financiero.
• Garantizar una elevada calidad e integridad de la información financiera.

Sistemas y datos

• Usuario avanzado de SAP.
• Dar soporte a los procesos de planificación en Anaplan (ERP).
• Garantizar la exactitud de los datos maestros.
• Impulsar la mejora continua de los procesos e identificar oportunidades de automatización.

Gestión de stakeholders

• Colaborar como Finance Business Partner con Ventas y Marketing.
• Colaborar con los equipos de Finanzas europeos y globales.
• Actuar como interlocutor con Head Office en asuntos relacionados con pricing y Commercial Finance.
• Dar soporte a las actividades de auditoría interna y externa.

Perfil del candidato

Experiencia

Entre 6 y 10 años de experiencia en:

• Finance Business Partnering.
• Commercial Finance.
• Business Controlling.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos multinacionales.
• Experiencia con SAP (Hannah) y Anaplan.

Conocimientos y competencias técnicas

• Budget & Forecast.
• Análisis de rentabilidad.
• Análisis de P&L por cliente.
• Análisis de desviaciones.
• Power BI (preferiblemente) y Domo.
• Excel avanzado.

Formación

• Grado universitario en Finanzas, Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas o titulación relacionada.
• MBA o Máster será valorado positivamente.
