Expectation is that the candidate will work from the Purchase office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday on most weeks.

The Northeast Region Retail Assoc. Finance Manager will play a critical role in managing the Retail business for the Division. The Assoc. Finance Manager will partner with Key Account Managers and Retail Sales Directors to set customer strategy, build annual and quarterly plans, and optimize promotional activity. The Assoc. Finance Manager will also assist the Finance leadership in managing all planning processes, managing trade spend, making investment trade-off decisions, and influencing senior leadership. The Assoc. Finance Manager will also manage a GCC-based remote Finance Analyst and work with the team’s broader GCC constituency. This role is highly cross-functional and requires the ability to communicate effectively, work in teams and drive an agenda.

Responsibilities

Oversee topline finance of Own The Streets (OTS) segment including weekly revenue reviews, quarterly forecasts, pricing models, and annual operating plans ($300MM annual revenue)

Manage multiple key planned regional accounts with $100MM in annual revenue including:

  • Impact of trade spend to match weekly marketplace activity, increase risk/opp visibility, and reduce variability
  • Collaborate with revenue management and category management teams to provide critical insights to commercial partners
  • Quarterly Business Planning including ownership of internal pricing mechanics when applicable
  • Owning periodic forecast consolidation & rationalization from TPM / KAM inputs
  • Performance Management with sales team including LG+ business partners
  • Pricing and Promotional Analysis for live-time customer proposals
  • Developing recommendations resulting from contingency, trend, and ad-hoc Analysis

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred); MBA a plus
  • 5+ years of finance analysis experience
  • Experience with forecasting and budgeting
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
  • Ability to function well in a team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Results oriented with the ability to complete assignments in a timely manner
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications
