The Opportunity

As the Finance Business Partner - APAC Wealth, you will sit at the center of commercial strategy and execution. Working directly with APAC Wealth leadership, you’ll turn complex financial data into high-impact strategies, leading FP&A and owning the P&L to drive sustainable profit growth.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Commercial Strategy: Partner directly with APAC Wealth leadership to shape strategic plans, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and 5-year projections.
• Deliver Strategic Insight: Turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that guide commercial decision-making and profit opportunities.
• Challenge & Innovate: Question existing practices, spot opportunities to automate reporting, and pitch fresh ideas for operational efficiency.
• Lead Ad-Hoc Projects: Build robust business cases, advise on contract renewals, support market/IR materials, and evaluate new revenue pipelines.

• Commercial Mindset: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a knack for strategic thinking.
• Stakeholder Impact: Ability to build trust, challenge senior stakeholders constructively, and act as a true advisor.
• Proactive Ownership: High standards, autonomy, and a track record of driving process change and automation.
• Clear Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to make complex numbers simple.
