The Role:

This is a great opportunity to join our fast-paced International Finance team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our business across Europe, the Middle East and Rest of World.

You’ll own the P&L for a region within our international business, partnering with senior leaders to understand performance, manage costs and drive profitability across our Next Direct markets. With our international business continuing to grow, you’ll be at the heart of the numbers — providing insight, challenging thinking and helping shape future opportunities.

What You Will Be Doing

• Owning the end-to-end regional P&L, making sure sales, costs and profitability are accurate and understood.
• Building strong relationships with our finance and business teams, providing insight and challenge to help drive performance.
• Partnering with Marketing to understand and maximise the return on our growing international investment.
• Reporting weekly sales and producing monthly forecasts by country, including full-price and markdown performance.
• Supporting our twice-yearly budgeting process and helping shape our view of future performance.
• Building commercial models to assess new international opportunities and support business decisions.
• Turning data into clear, meaningful insight for senior stakeholders — helping them understand what’s happening, why it’s happening and what we can do next.

What You Will Bring

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified or part-qualified.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data.
• A naturally analytical and commercially minded approach, with the ability to turn numbers into clear insight
• Great communication and stakeholder skills, with the confidence to build relationships and challenge when needed.
• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the drive to make things happen.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or other advanced data architecture tools would be a bonus, but isn’t essential.
