Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operational and departmental leaders to provide financial support and challenge.
• Produce insightful financial analysis, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Drive accountability for budget ownership across the business.
• Provide recommendations to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and maximise profitability.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities for designated business areas.
• Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Present financial information to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement projects and process enhancements.

Skills and Experience

Essential

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Experience producing budgets, forecasts, and management information.
• Ability to build credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems.

Desirable

• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
• Experience leading finance improvement projects.
