About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to partner a fast-growing and dynamic business area, playing a key role in shaping long-term strategy and delivering insights that drive commercial action. Working closely with the GHS Online Director, you will support the end-to-end P&L while collaborating across Commercial, Customer and Technology teams to drive performance, growth and profitability across our online channel.

You will be responsible for
  • Lead the long-term planning process, shaping strategic initiatives and scenario modelling to support sustainable growth.
  • Provide insight and analysis on key business priorities, translating complex data into clear actions and recommendations.
  • Deliver regular trading and performance insight to senior stakeholders, helping drive focus and decision-making across the business.
  • Develop business cases, investment proposals and post-investment reviews to support strategic and technology-led initiatives.
  • Analyse margin, promotional and basket economics performance to identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.

You will need
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in FP&A, financial planning or commercial finance business partnering.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.Experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships across a business.Confident delivering budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and investment appraisal activities.Collaborative and commercially focused, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
