Reporting to the Group Reporting & Analytics Manager, you'll work closely with the Senior Regional Manager and operational leaders to provide strategic financial support that helps shape the future of our all-age portfolio.

What's the role?

This is much more than budgeting and reporting.

You'll become a trusted business partner, providing commercial advice and financial insights that influence operational and strategic decision-making across a rapidly expanding national portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with operational leaders to support financial performance across the all-age portfolio
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
  • Preparing meaningful financial reports, dashboards and variance analysis
  • Developing financial models to support acquisitions, developments and business initiatives
  • Identifying opportunities to improve revenue, profitability and operational performance
  • Supporting business cases and strategic investment decisions
  • Improving finance processes, reporting and data quality
  • Working collaboratively across Finance, Operations, Property and Executive teams to drive continuous improvement

Is this role right for you?

We're looking for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
  • CA or CPA qualification (completed or in progress)
  • Experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, management accounting or commercial finance
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems
  • The ability to translate complex financial information into practical business insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement

Experience within property, real estate, accommodation or other multi-site environments, including Reservation Management System (RMS), will be highly regarded but is not essential.
