This is a full-time permanent role located at Whiddon Support Services in Glenfield, offering a hybrid working model.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on partnering with others, confidently shaping business direction through data-driven insights, and providing financial leadership across a broad operational landscape.
You’re a commercially-minded finance professional with 3+ years’ experience in a similar business partnering, FP&A, or commercial finance role. You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field (CPA/CA/CIMA preferred but not essential). You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you can simplify complex data, tell compelling financial stories, and influence with confidence. You have a proven ability to work collaboratively with operational leaders, challenge constructively, and help drive performance. You also display strong analytical skills, with experience in financial modelling and identifying key business drivers and trends.
Importantly, you come with Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, and hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development. We are looking for someone with a proactive, curious mindset—you enjoy problem-solving and always look for ways to add value. An understanding of the aged care sector and relevant legislation is desirable.
