Job Description
The Senior Project Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the financial performance and strategic growth of the business. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and project performance analysis across multiple international entities and large-scale EPC projects. Acting as a key finance partner to Project Managers and Project Directors, this position will provide commercial and financial insight throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring strong cost control, accurate forecasting, effective cash flow management, and value-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections across projects and group entities.
- Partner with Project Managers and Project Directors to provide financial guidance and support commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project financial performance, including cost control, margin analysis, revenue recognition, and budget-to-actual variance analysis.
- Prepare accurate management reporting and deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting tools, and forecasting models to support scalability and operational efficiency.
Required Profile
- Degree in Management, Finance or similar areas
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Project Finance roles, preferably within EPC, construction, infrastructure, or engineering environments.
- Fluency in English
- Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and project financial analysis in multi-entity environments.
- Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency, with exposure to ERP and reporting tools such as Power BI, Adaptive, or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to work closely with operational stakeholders and communicate financial information effectively to non-finance teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on approach, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced and growing international business environment.
