Job Description

Requirements

* Develop and implement strategic plans in line with the organizational objectives.

* Review and analyze technical financial proposals and suggest enhancements.

* Reviews the financial performance of the organization against budgets to identify and capitalize on potential areas for cost reduction and performance improvement opportunities.

* Acts as a strategic financial partner to the CEO on the financial positioning of the Company, highlighting strategic plans, financial budgeting, cash flow, accounting and policy matters.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
* Master's degree or MBA is preferable.
* 5 - 8 years of proven experience in financial business partnering. analysis, or a similar role.
* Kuwaiti Nationals (Preferred)
