Job Description

Evaluates data and performs analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, customer deals, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Develops, implements and monitors financial performance metrics, including existing and projected profit and sales drivers. Research economic progressions to support financial planning and decision making. Creates financial models of 'what if' scenarios for future business planning in areas such as new product development, new marketing strategies, etc.

  • Supports Finance teams in the development and measurement of financial plans and productivity forecasts company wide.
  • Assists with business planning processes including identification of trends and development of measures to ensure budgets are followed.
  • Develops and provides recommendations to help management define and analyze key success metrics and productivity measures.
  • Develops and recommends improved data collection and analysis methods, including methods to: Improve automation and standardization, Rapidly respond to changing business conditions, Ensure data security, availability and integrity.
  • Develops analytical tools and numerical modeling of complex operations systems and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience in general finance
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
  • Work model: Hybrid (2 times per week)
  • Work Zone: Zona Esmeralda (Atizapan de Zaragoza)
