We are looking for a “ Finance Business Partner” in our Head Office located in İstanbul, Yenibosna with the following qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in financial audit, financial analysis, budgeting and/or reporting
• Experience in international audit firms is preferred
• Solid knowledge of IFRS
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of advanced tools such as Power Pivot, DAX,VBA and SQL is a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking and financial modelling / data analysis capabilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and adopt a business partnering approach
• Proactive, results-oriented, detail-focused and eager to learn
• Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility
• Military service completed for male candidates
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for different business units within the company, supporting financial analysis and decision-making processes
• Support business units in preparing financial analyses, reports and presentations for international headquarters
• Monitor business unit performance through sales, cost and profitability analyses
• Work closely with operational teams to analyze cost structures and identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes, particularly in procurement, cost control and operational finance areas
• Actively contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Support the preparation of monthly management reports, KPI tracking and performance analyses
• Support the approval processes for capital expenditure purchases and personnel recruitment
• Contribute to the preparation of management and group reporting in line with the group reporting calendar
• Perform financial data analysis and prepare ad-hoc reports in response to business unit requests
• Support central budgeting and reporting processes in collaboration with the finance team.
