Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive HR Performance, Progression & Compensation Strategies:
    • Implement new strategies and initiatives tied to the transformation of our Performance, Progression and Compensation function, ensuring smooth alignment across teams.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Performance, Progression, and Compensation, providing financial and business management insights and recommendations
  • Lead Partnership, Connection and Collaboration:
    • Connect initiatives and insights across performance, progression and compensation and all HR functions; identify cross overs and coordinate efficiencies
  • Enhance Team Operations:
    • Collaborate with Leadership to refine the team's operating model, focusing on strategy, priorities, OKRs, and governance.
  • Data & Insights:
    • Analyze business data and create impactful reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Lead Reporting:
    • Prepare Business Reviews, Objective Reviews, other regular reports, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
  • Financial Analysis:
    • Dive into financial performance, focusing on budgets and expenses. Drive productivity initiatives, headcount forecasting, and investment cases.
  • Problem Solving:
    • Help senior management tackle organizational challenges by connecting key activities and priorities.
  • Business Representation:
    • Represent the business in projects and with senior management.
  • Organize Leadership Events:
    • Coordinate leadership meetings and events, handling agendas, documents, and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in Business Management, Finance, Compensation, COO, Operations, or Project Management at a financial firm, tech company, or consultancy.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated with exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic Execution: Expertise in defining business and use cases, crafting multi-year roadmaps, and driving disciplined execution.
  • Professional Charisma Confident in presenting to senior executives and skilled at handling confidential information.
  • Tech Savvy: Skilled with Data Analysis and Visualization tools like Alteryx, Tableau, and Qlikview.
  • Energetic & Driven: innovative thinker with the ability to work independently and virtually, ensuring follow-through.
  • Strategic Leader: Capable of defining and executing a strategic agenda across multiple groups.
  • Analytical Pro: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to distill large data sets into key insights.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a logical thought process.
  • Professional Integrity: Sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
