
Within the Treasury and Chief Investment Office Finance (TCIO) and Business Management organization, Business Management is a key representative and trusted advisor to the Front Office teams. The successful VP candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent client relationship manager skills, strong product knowledge around Derivatives, Securities, and Structured Products, the ability to drive and execute Tier 1 business goals and initiatives, maintain and enhance internal controls/external regulations, promote innovative technology solutions, and create business efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities:
Support strategic priorities and governance for the Global TCIO and Global CFO
Lead large-scale, complex programs and associated business support models
Drive broad-based Program level initiatives including Firmwide shift to RFR-based risk and associated Market Risk system migrations and Reg W Program Management
Drive business engagement and co-ordination for Technology infrastructure migration programs across project lifecycle
Key point of contact to support Regulatory, TCOE and Audit Exams
Partner with Control Management to support and enhance overall control framework
Promote, lead, and manage data quality and controls
Enable business innovation thru the use of data and automation.
Lead Policy/Standard/Procedures/Framework changes and maintenance
Trouble-shoot issues, connect stakeholders to drive consensus, manage Committee presentations & approvals, drive Technology prioritization pipeline and delivery
