Job Description

Join the Firmwide Financial Health team and help provide visibility into the performance and progress of key Financial Health initiatives. You will partner across teams to deliver consistent reporting, monitor performance, and develop insights that support senior leadership decision-making. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to firmwide priorities through business management, analytics, and executive reporting.

As a Finance & Business Management Associate in the Firmwide Financial Health team, you will support the business through business management, performance tracking, and reporting activities, including ADI reporting. You will help provide consistent visibility into Financial Health initiatives and enable leadership to assess performance against strategic objectives. You will analyze program performance, support reporting routines, and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.

Job Responsibilties

  • Support execution of ADI and firmwide reporting requirements
  • Maintain and enhance reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to deliver consistent reporting outputs
  • Conduct scorecard analysis to monitor performance against key performance indicators
  • Track initiative progress, including workshops, partnerships, and engagement outcomes
  • Standardize reporting across initiatives and stakeholders
  • Analyze program performance across Financial Health initiatives
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform leadership strategy
  • Support scenario analysis and business decision-making
  • Prepare executive materials, including monthly reporting, business reviews, and leadership updates
  • Support ongoing reporting requirements for senior leadership

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in finance, reporting, business management, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting business reviews or executive reporting
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Experience working with executive leadership
