Responsibilities:

As a Finance & Business Control Technician reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Develop economic and financial analyses of domestic and international business environments.
• Develop financial models and business plans to evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and target setting.
• Analyze and prepare financial reports, assessing the company’s performance against the established targets
• Review of the cost structure and monthly accounts against the budget
• Support the standardisation of tools and best practices in finance and business control area
• Participate in innovation activities and implementation of projects aimed at improving the finance business processes.
• Provide support to accurate and effective financial management (including payments, financing, and working capital)
• Support the closure , consolidation, and reporting of accounts for the company.
• Ensure correct treatment of financial information for various markets.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Economics, or related fields
• 3 to 5 years of experience in auditing, consulting, investment banking, or financial roles in business development or strategic planning teams.
• Experience in Accounts Consolidation (Preferred) or Financial Reporting
• Knowledge of National (NCRF) and International (IFRS) Accounting Standards:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Planning and organisational skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
• Initiative and proactivity.
• Experience with SAP (preferable).
• Fluent in English.
• Problem analysis and resolution.
• Flexibility
