We are looking for a pragmatic Finance Business Analyst with a strong interest in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Finance, business stakeholders, and IT teams to make financial performance, resource requirements, and investment decisions more transparent and actionable.
This is a hands-on professional role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, analysing financial data, improving reporting processes, and translating complex information into clear business insights. You will not be expected to own enterprise-wide finance strategy or manage a team; instead, you will provide reliable analysis, strengthen day-to-day financial processes, and support stakeholders in making well-informed decisions.

Strong Excel skills and experience producing clear reports, analysis, and dashboards.
Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Ability to explain financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Professional English; German is an advantage.

Familiarity with IT costs, software, cloud services, technology vendors, or technology investment.
Experience with ServiceNow, ERP/finance systems, EPM, procurement, or portfolio-management tools
