You will be responsible for designing, structuring, and validating finance-focused tasks that test advanced reasoning and document understanding in AI systems. Your work ensures that evaluation datasets reflect real-world financial complexity with clear, objective outcomes.

• Create complex, multi-step financial reasoning tasks based on real-world documents such as reports, spreadsheets, and statements
• Define clear ground-truth outputs and objective evaluation criteria for each task
• Apply domain expertise across investment analysis, banking, corporate finance, and accounting scenarios
• Ensure tasks accurately test instruction-following, numerical reasoning, and structured output generation
• Conduct quality checks to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness of task design
• Translate real financial workflows into structured analytical problems suitable for AI evaluation

Requirements:

This role requires strong professional experience in finance or banking, combined with the ability to apply structured thinking and attention to detail in task design. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment.

• 3+ years of experience in finance, banking, investment analysis, corporate finance, or related domains
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation principles, and financial data interpretation
• Experience working with structured financial documents such as spreadsheets, reports, or models
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, structured instructions and outputs
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-managed environment
• Strong written communication skills
