Job Summary

• The Finance Associate provides administrative and operational support to the Finance department by coordinating financial processes, maintaining accurate records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• The role works closely with internal stakeholders to support day-to-day finance operations and improve administrative efficiency.
• Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for finance operations and related activities.
• Coordinate and monitor finance-related requests, approvals, and documentation. Maintain accurate financial records, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Assist in processing invoices, payments, expense claims, and reimbursements.
• Prepare reports, reconciliations, and other finance schedules as required. Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and external parties to facilitate finance related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements.
• Support audits, process improvements, and other finance initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/finance systems. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
