About the Role
This role represents an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance lawyer with a strong structured finance background and an understanding of CLOs/structured finance, international capital markets, corporate finance and secured lending to join our market-leading and growing team in the Cayman Islands. The team is highly collegiate and associates will enjoy unrivalled exposure to quality transactions.
The team works on a range of matters for top-tier clients and collaborates with other teams, business lines and practice groups in Maples globally to provide a premium service to our clients while supporting the associates in the team.
