We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associateto join our Finance team.This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in finance and gain hands-on experience with Oracle financial systems. The successful candidate willbe responsible forprocessing andvalidatingfinancial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Process andvalidatefinancial transactions in Oracle Fusion Applicationsin the area of, but not limited to, suppliers, accounts payable,Expenseprocessing,credit card transactions
Assistwithday-to-dayprocessing for petty cash, cheques,paymentsand other related activities
Update andmaintainaccuratesupplierrecords, banking detailswithin Oracle to ensure data integrity and supporttimelyfinancial reporting
Review and reconcile transaction data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assistwithweekly controls and exception reporting to supportmonth-end closing activities
Maintain proper documentation and adhere to internal controls and compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and providetimelysupport for finance-related queries.
Support ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience:
Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Prior experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is an asset
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
