• Lead the relationship with external valuation providers.
• Coordinate and analyze the valuations performed monthly by external parties for each asset across the different portfolios under management, as well as those analyzed for potential acquisition or in-kind contribution.
• Prepare the different reports for corporate governance bodies regarding the portfolio asset valuation process.
• Coordinate relationships with internal and external control entities (Audit, Statutory Audit, Investors, etc.) regarding the valuation process.
• Provide accounting instructions to fiduciary entities regarding the valuation process and ensure their correct accounting application.
• Lead the relationship with the Management Company regarding activities related to the management of the Viva Malls portfolio.
• Ensure that the Financial Statements (FS) of the Commercial Portfolio, reflect the economic reality of operations and comply with current regulations and the Fund’s bylaws.
• Develop automations that reduce risk levels and improve process efficiency.
Expected Education Administrative Engineering, Business Administration, Specialization in Finance.
Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in financial functions, valuation, and accounting matters.
Specific Knowledge Database Management (advanced Excel, Power BI, Access, AI, among others), Digital Optimization, Accounting.
