We are searching financial analyst to join our team in Tashkent.
1. Financial planning and forecastingDevelopment of annual budgets and forecasts (quarterly, monthly).Construction of financial models for assessing future business indicators (revenue, costs, profit, cash flow).
2. Variance analysisComparison of actual indicators with budgeted/planned indicators.Explanation of the reasons for deviations (whether costs have increased, sales have fallen, and why).Preparation of corrective recommendations.
3. Support for management decisionsProvision of analytical data and reports for top management.Calculation of scenarios (what-if analysis) when making key decisions.
4. Budgeting and budget execution controlParticipation in the process of collecting budgets from various departments.Control of expenses and their compliance with the approved plan.
5. Creation of regular management reportsPreparation of monthly reports: P&L, KPI, profitability reports.Data visualisation (dashboards) using Power BI, etc
6 Process optimisation
Excellent knowledge of financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statement).Experience in building financial models and forecasts.Knowledge of management accounting and budgeting.Understanding of IFRS and/or local accounting standards (RAS).For a Middle-level position: 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros).
Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau — preferred).
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, 1C ERP, etc.).-
Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to process and interpret large volumes of data.
Strong communication skills and ability to present analysis results.
Self-organization and ability to work in multitasking environments.-
Initiative and results-oriented.
