Job Description

 Assist in the preparation and submission of local reports, ensuring compliance with authority requirements (e.g., Investment Monitoring and Evaluation Reports, Monitoring and Evaluation Statistical Report; etc.).

 Maintain filing systems for financial documents and ensure all records are securely stored.

 Ensure that the company’s financial documents comply with relevant financial regulations and standards.

 Track and file employee expense claims, ensuring they comply with company policies and are processed in a timely manner.

 Provide administrative assistance to the finance teams as needed, including managing inquiries and correspondence related to finance.

 Support accounting & finance related operations.  Support the finance team with audit-related requests and documentation.

 Ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

 Experience: 1-2 years of experience in finance administration or a similar role.

 Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

 Basic understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax processes.

 Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

 Excellent organizational and time management skills.

 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

 Good communication skills (both written and verbal).

 Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
