
You are a Finance Assistant, Billing. (5 month contract)
Location: Toronto, Calgary, Halifax – Remote
We are seeking a highly organized Finance Assistant with hands-on finance experience in a generalist capacity. This role requires detail-driven individual, who can confidently manage AP and AR, perform reconciliations and ensure documents pass audit testing.
You bring strong discernment, take ownership of finance processes, and operate with urgency. You are proactive, independent, and comfortable flagging discrepancies when something doesn’t look right.

Salary
The Canada base salary range for this position is $50,000- $55,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
