Reporting LinesThe Finance Assistant will report to the National Officer. He or she will work closely with the Finance Unit team as well as FAO Decentralized Offices.
Delivery of financial services to FAO Decentralized Offices in the area of Fixed Assets.
Tasks and responsibilitiesThe incumbent will perform the following duties:• Independently reviews and processes complex asset-management transactions related to the maintenance and integrity of the Asset Register, ensuring the completeness, accuracy and consistency of asset records and supporting documentation.
