We are seeking a fast-learning Part-Time Finance Assistant to join our client's team ASAP. This is a highly flexible role requiring c 12 hours per week, spread across the week at times that suit you. Working Arrangement & Compensation Pay Rate: £15 – £20 per hour Location: Hybrid (1 day per week - or potentially 1 day per month - in office in north Oxford) Start Date: ASAP Key Responsibilities Processing basic finance tasks in Xero, including handling a volume of a few hundred invoices per month. Managing credit control with good judgment on tone and communication. Performing regular bank reconciliations. Experimenting with and utilizing AI packages (e.g., Garfield) to streamline finance operations. Requirements & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and good judgment, especially in professional communications. Fast learner who is comfortable picking up new systems quickly.
