The purpose of this role is to provide assistance and support to the budget analysts with data entry, reporting and administrative support.
1. Maintain trainings as required and requested
2. Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and assist in crisis situations
3. Demonstrate knowledge of and comply with all agency policies and procedures
4. Complete all other relevant responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
5. Maintain the position control process for LTSS and BH
6. Distribute monthly financial reports from NetSuite and the budget software to operations
7. Upload financials to sharepoint
8. Organize and gather information from the EHRs and PowerBI for budget analysts
9. Assist with data entry and general analysis as requested by budget analysts
College degree preferred or in pursuit of degree, High School Diploma (Required)
Flexible schedule (15 hours/week).
