Job Description

Our client, UNFC, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Assistant to support day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting and data management, who can ensure accuracy in financial records and contribute to the efficiency of the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, validate, and prepare student refund data to ensure accuracy and timely processing
  • Gather and organize student data for commission calculations and reporting
  • Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing entries
  • Support the preparation of financial reports by providing accurate and well-organized data
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and provide general administrative support to the Finance team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (with accounting coursework)
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in a Finance or Accounting role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data management, and reporting)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical abilities

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid arrangement of once a week in the office after passing 3rd month performance review.
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM weekends off
  • Work Location: Robinsons Zeta Tower, Bridgetowne, Ugong Norte, Quezon City. Building is near Opus Mall, Tiendesitas, and IPI Pasig. Area is accessible from Eastwood, Ortigas CBD, C5 Road, and Rizal areas.
