Finance Assistant

We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience in finance. You’ll support key financial activities, learn industry skills, and work closely with our Finance Manager in a collaborative, innovative environment.

We’re on an exciting international growth journey, and as part of our Finance Team, you’ll play a key supporting role in driving our business forward.

What you'll be working on

• Keep our finances on track by managing the purchase ledger and processing transactions accurately.
• Ensure smooth operations by ordering supplies and preparing payment runs.
• Support our sales processes by raising invoices and helping with credit chasing under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
• Be the go-to problem solver for finance-related queries across the business.
• Maintain accurate records by managing and updating the asset register.
• Stay on top of cash flow with daily bank reconciliations and weekly cash forecasts.
• Support the wider team with administrative tasks, from processing documents to maintaining the contract database

• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBO+/HBO level).
• Ability to work from the office 2-4 days a week
• Experience in finance or accounting support roles is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is equally valued.
• Confident using Excel, ERP systems, and other digital financial tools.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently once onboarded.
• Curious problem-solver with an interest in improving processes and workflows.
• Strong communicator in both English and Dutch, with excellent verbal and written skills.
• Collaborative team player who embraces and contributes to our company values.
• Eager to grow and develop a successful career in a dynamic, growing business.
• Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
