Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in managing client funds with precision and professionalism. As part of our Claims Finance function, you’ll take ownership of financial processes that keep our operations running smoothly. From producing accurate monthly reconciliations in Excel to investigating and resolving queries, your expertise will ensure transparency and trust at every stage.

What will your day look like:

Complete bank to bordereaux reconciliations using Excel and send to clientsComplete supplier or contractor reconciliations using ExcelInvestigate and resolve reconciliation queries, escalate issuesRecord all receipts and credits dailyMake payments using online bankingProcess cheques in and out plus bank chequesProcess Davies fee paymentsProcess invoices as requiredProcess bank account applicationsAnswer and resolve internal and client queriesMonitor and control client monies, escalating any issues internally or to clients as requiredLiaise with staff from across the Davies Group and external clients
