FINANCE ASSISTANT

We are seeking an experienced, empathetic, curious, creative and collaborative individual who can independently manage and provide the necessary creativity in our studio to advance our client’s objectives.

To qualify for the role, you should meet the following requirements;

• BA degree in accounting, finance, ACCA, CIMA
• Two (2) years related work experience
• Outstanding financial and analytical skills
• Proficient with cash handling
• Proficient computer skills
• Proficient with MS Office excel
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent organisational skills

Key Responsibilities;

• Prepare tax documents for the organisation
• Prepare balance sheet
• Entre finance data into the system
• Update financial records
• Create cost analysis reports for other departments
• Maintain Financial policies throughout the company
• Assist with the preparation of Monthly financial reports
• Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Financial Operations and budget pacing
• Management of budget tracking, billing and reporting
• Assist in analysing finance related discrepancies
• Liaise with investment teams on key client deliverables and timely reconciliation of invoicing
• Project Management
• Assist in the preparation of weekly status calls, project timelines and agenda with clients
• Ensures that media spend is reconciled with vendor and client invoicing
