We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to work directly with the CEO This role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on experience with enterprise financial tools, and the ability to support and influence strategic financial decision-making
Assist the CEO in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and dashboards
Support auditing activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Manage and reconcile accounts using NetSuite and Oracle
Perform advanced Microsoft Excel analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reports)
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Identify financial risks and provide actionable insights to management
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Previous auditing experience is mandatory
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
Practical working knowledge of NetSuite and Oracle
Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
Female candidate preferred
Experience working directly with C-level executives is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights
