Finance Assistant (Female Preferred) -

Location: Johar Town, Lahore (Near Expo Center)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive / Open (Based on Experience)

About the Company

Our client is a world-renowned motorcycle gear brand, known for its global presence and commitment to quality and innovation.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to work directly with the CEO This role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on experience with enterprise financial tools, and the ability to support and influence strategic financial decision-making

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CEO in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and dashboards

  • Support auditing activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements

  • Manage and reconcile accounts using NetSuite and Oracle

  • Perform advanced Microsoft Excel analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reports)

  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and revenue trends

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors

  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

  • Identify financial risks and provide actionable insights to management

  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

  • Previous auditing experience is mandatory

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel

  • Practical working knowledge of NetSuite and Oracle

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential financial information

  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills

  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Female candidate preferred

  • Experience working directly with C-level executives is a plus

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to influence decisions through data-driven insights
