About The Role

We are seeking a Finance Applications Product Manager to own and evolve HiBob's

corporate applications ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize

business operations encompassing ERP, procurement, travel, Legal and spend management

platforms while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement,

Legal, FP&A, and HR Operations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Own and administer core financial and corporate applications, with a primary focus on

ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of new platforms and facilitate new cross-

functional business processes.

• Design and deliver integrations and automations across finance and corporate systems,

capitalizing on AI-driven opportunities.

• Serve as the project leader for strategic initiatives, driving scope, timelines, and

stakeholder alignment from kickoff through launch.

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Legal, FP&A,

and HR Operations to align on business requirements and product roadmaps.

• Author comprehensive, detailed product specifications and Epic-level documentation to

seamlessly guide engineering execution.

• Manage vendor relationships across all finance and corporate application platforms

Requirements

Professional Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience working with financial and corporate applications.
• Proven hands-on experience implementing and administering ERP systems (NetSuite

preferred), ZIP, and various other corporate applications.

• Demonstrated expertise in designing integrations and automations across complex

business systems.

• Proven project leadership experience in deploying new platforms and enabling cross-

functional business workflows.

• Strong practical understanding of finance and accounting processes : Billing, Revenues,

Accounts payables, collection and more (CPA is a strong advantage).

• A successful track record of partnering with executive and senior stakeholders across

Finance, Procurement, Legal, FP&A, and HR Operations.

• Experience leveraging AI technologies to streamline and optimize business operations.
• Proven technical execution capabilities, including building integrations, writing data

queries, developing AI agents, and configuring NetSuite or other enterprise applications.

Soft Skills

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven capacity to

prioritize effectively across competing initiatives.

• Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts

clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

• Highly adaptable, with a strong aptitude for quickly learning and implementing new

technologies.

• A collaborative team player dedicated to supporting both the immediate team and

broader business objectives.

• Skilled in effective vendor communication and relationship management.
• Highly proactive and solution-oriented, consistently presenting innovative ideas and

resolutions rather than merely surfacing challenges.
