We are looking for a Finance Application Coordinator to support and improve our finance applications landscape across the organization.

In this role, you will coordinate system-related initiatives, support users in their daily work, and contribute to process improvements and automation efforts within finance applications. You will work closely with Finance, IT, and external vendors, helping ensure applications and related processes operate effectively and efficiently.

What tasks are waiting for you?

  • Coordinate implementation and enhancement activities related to finance applications
  • Provide user support and guidance, helping resolve issues and improve system usage
  • Support automation and process improvement initiatives within finance applications
  • Cooperate with Finance, IT, and external vendors on application-related projects and ongoing operations
  • Monitor and support finance processes within applications to ensure effective day-to-day operations
  • Support testing activities related to system changes, enhancements, and implementations
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems, including relevant master data maintenance
  • Prepare and deliver user training related to finance applications
  • Maintain and improve documentation, procedures, and user guides
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of effective solutions

Apply today if:

  • you have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, Information Systems, or a related field;
  • you have experience working with finance applications (preferably Basware or SAP Concur) and ERP systems (preferably AX or D365);
  • you understand finance processes and system workflows;
  • you have strong organizational and coordination skills;
  • you can work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively;
  • you have an analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • you communicate confidently and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders and teams;
  • you have experience supporting users and conducting training;
  • you are interested in process improvements, automation, and systems development;
  • you are fluent in English.

It would be nice if:

  • you have experience participating in system implementations or process improvement initiatives;
  • you understand integrations and financial master data processes.
