Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance and Tax Accounting professional to join our client's team in Karawaci, Indonesia. This role requires someone who can independently manage tax compliance while supporting the finance team in broader financial tasks. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate tax declarations (e.g., income tax, corporate tax, VAT, etc.) ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Conduct regular tax calculations and ensure the timely submission of tax returns to avoid penalties.
• Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as required.
• Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and ensure timely compliance with any changes.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, contributing to accurate financial reporting.
• Perform reconciliation of tax-related accounts and financial records.
• Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure all financial processes comply with local and international regulations.
• Assist in the annual financial audit, and resolve any tax-related queries.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong focus on tax declaration and calculation.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, along with strong accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
