Finance and Operations Manager

A Hong Kong based Web3 group is looking for a Finance and Operations Manager to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing the financial and operational aspects of the conglomerate. This is a fantastic opportunity for any motivated talent to bring their extensive experience and expertise to the exciting web3 industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare regular financial performance and budget variance reports and analysis for the management.

• Manage the groups management accounts and maintain the integrity of the accounting information.

• Approve expenses and claims according to planned budgets.

• Treasury and cash flow management.

• Manage debtors and creditors.

• Handle audit, taxation, and company secretary matters for the group entities.

• Handle HR admin and payroll related matters.

• Maintain relationship with banks and manage company bank accounts operation.

• Perform investment execution and maintain a good record of the groups investment portfolio.

• Manage cryptocurrency exposure of the group.

• Various ad hoc requests.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree, equivalent industry experience, or relevant role experience.

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience in auditing and accounting, previous working experience in Big4 is preferred.

• Past working experience in other functions such as legal and compliance or deal advisory related is a plus.

• Qualified CPA or ACCA.

• Good numerical sense and detailed-minded in planning/execution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise.

• Self-motivated, unquestioned integrity and accountable.
