About the Role
As the Finance & Operations Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role at the heart of RACV's Automotive Services business.
Leading the Financial Operations, National Assistance Program (NAP) and Performance & Insights teams, you'll drive financial performance, operational excellence and data-led decision-making across a complex operational business unit. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll transform insights into action, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and lead initiatives that deliver meaningful commercial outcomes for the business and our members.
Guided by RACV's values, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, influence key decisions and lead a high-performing team through continuous improvement and change.
