  • Ensure the integrity of financial data, systems and reporting processes.
  • Partner with Technology teams to manage operational and financial systems, incident resolution, enhancements and change requests.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting, dashboards and performance insights.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations and business outcomes.
  • Develop and evolve KPI frameworks that drive accountability and performance.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
  • Provide financial modelling, commercial analysis and scenario planning to support investment decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and value creation.
  • Support projects and transformation initiatives with financial oversight and governance.
  • Oversee the financial and operational performance of the National Assistance Program.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and external providers.
  • Drive improvements in service delivery, program performance and cost efficiency.
  • Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team across Finance Operations, Performance & Insights and NAP.

You'll Bring

  • Significant experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and P&L oversight.
  • Demonstrated success leading financial operations functions including AP, AR and reconciliations.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decisions and improve business performance.
  • Strong reporting, analytical, commercial and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience leading high-performing teams and developing capability.
  • A track record of driving process improvements, systems enhancements and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
  • CPA, CA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business or a related discipline.
  • Experience in transformation programs, system implementations or large-scale process improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to contractor or network-based operating models.
