  • Diego, our co-CEO, successfully led his previous start-up, Carrot from ideation to acquisition in addition to leading some of Blend’s Products from Series C to its IPO, as lead product manager for AI and ML
  • Austin, our CTO, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford and spent 4 years as a senior software engineer building Blend.
  • Françoise, our co-CEO, brings extensive experience in supply chain, operations, strategy and branding from companies such as Tesla, L´Oréal, LVMH and Walmart

The RoleYou will support and coordinate critical operational functions across compliance, legal operations, finance, HR, vendor management, and executive operations to help us scale efficiently as a company.

That means:

  • Coordinating cross-functional operational workflows across compliance, finance, legal, HR, and vendor management
  • Working directly with founders, customers, auditors, vendors, and external partners
  • Managing high-volume operational execution while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Supporting customer-facing compliance and operational discussions
  • Taking ownership of recurring operational processes and ensuring strong follow-through
  • Helping build and manage scalable internal systems and operational processes
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Operating comfortably in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and ambiguity

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate SOC 2 and compliance-related operational workflows
  • Maintain policy documentation, audit evidence organization, and vendor/subprocessor inventories
  • Support customer security reviews and compliance questionnaires
  • Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and external vendors
  • Support monthly financial operations, reconciliations, invoicing, and vendor payments
  • Coordinate contract workflows
  • Support recruiting operations, onboarding/offboarding, and HR administration
  • Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and internal process organization
  • Coordinate event logistics, operational deliverables, and vendor management
  • Manage timelines, follow-ups, and communication across multiple concurrent workstreams

Bonus points if you have experience with…

  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience at an early-stage startup
  • Exposure to compliance, legal operations, finance, or HR workflows
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contracts, or operational processes
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, DocuSign, Notion, Slack, Asana, or similar platforms
  • Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, or customer-facing operational processes
