As part of a key financial transformation project involving an ERP change, we are seeking a Finance Transformation Leader to support our team for a 6-month assignment based in Istanbul (Çekmeköy).
Your Responsibilities :
Lead the ERP change project (IFS) for financial side
Oversee financial process management within the project
Act as the key liaison between the Group headquarters in France, the IFS teams in France and Turkey, and the local teams in Turkey
Configure all financial data related to the company’s operations
Implement end-to-end financial processes from invoicing and customer payments to all accounting and finance workflows within IFS
Manage data migration and flow processing
Organise and conduct testing phases
Support the ERP go-live and deployment
Train internal teams on the new system
Write a comprehensive User Book and provide on-site support
Drive continuous improvement to enhance business performance and financial steering through the ERP tool
Solid background as Financial Manager, with operational experience
Proven track record in ERP implementation and administration
In-depth knowledge of IFS ERP is essential
Experience in IFS system administration
Fluent in English; Turkish as a native language
Strong project management, change management and problem solving skills
English fluent is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent Team Player, organized, pro-active, rigorous, reliable and responsible
No military obligation (for male candidates)
Residence in Anatolian Side, preferably
Job in fix term contract, for 6 months
