Job Description

Our client is a MNC Logistic Company . They are now seeking a Finance & Administration Executive to join their team.

• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial accounts, reports, statements and analysis.
• Responsible for intercompany transactions, reciliation and confirmation.
• Monitor AR/AP settlement status and cooperate with team to design for follow up actions
• Assist in preparing schedules / reports / information to third party partners (e.g. auditor/ consultant/ tax advisory…etc
• Provide full spectrum of general office administration support
• Provide HR support, Payroll & attendance
• Handle ad hoc duties and project as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines
• At least 4 years’ experience in accounting & administration
• Good command of English & Mandarin
• Familiar with MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook), SAP accounting system experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, work independently and detail minded
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
